Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds unless the items received has a defect. Refunds will only be done once defect has been checked and verified. In order for a customer to qualify for a refund proof of purchase must be sent to info@lareinemilly.co.za. Refunds are done via EFT within 10 working days.

Exchanges

We do not offer refunds on wrong size only exchanges. If you need to exchange an item send an email at info@lareinemilly.co.za and item can be delivered at 616 Wonderpark Estate Corner First street Karenpark 0182.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

Courier & shipping fees will not be refunded
